RETURN POLICY:
Products purchased in the United States may be returned up to 21 days after delivery for a refund, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Arrangements and pre-payment for shipping on all products being returned are the responsibility of the customer. Customer Service must be contacted for all product returns and product must be returned in the original packaging. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 30 days after purchase.
Any returned product that was purchased with a Shipping Included or Free Shipping special will be subject to a restocking fee (15%). All shipping and handling charges will be refunded for product shipped in error. Pacillo's Fitness reserves the right to inspect all returned product and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or if all the contents of the product are not returned. All returned items are subject to restocking fees. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Also, if we receive an incorrect shipping address we will charge the customer an $8.00 address correction charge.
Exceptions:
All DVD's, Books, or Video's are non refundable and not returnable so please order carefully!
All International purchases are non refundable and not returnable!
Shipping Info:
We guarantee to ship every in-stock item within 1 or 2 business days. We ship to all United States destinations. For orders to Canada, please call us for shipping quotes and delivery methods.
If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by Pacillo's Fitness.
We ship all packages USPS or Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery. For faster shipping, please call us to arrange a quicker delivery method.
Any order that has been determined to have an incorrect address that was provided to Pacillo's Fitness will be subject to additional address correction charges.
